Kaye Jacuzzi, is of counsel and an experienced transactional attorney. She has extensive experience with matters related to commercial real estate and business transactional law, acquisition and financing, land use planning and entitlement, and property development

Ms. Jacuzzi holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University. In 1994, she earned her Juris Doctorate, with Great Distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, where she was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Contracts and Remedies and also ranked in the top 5% of her class. While in law school, Ms. Jacuzzi was a member of the Law Review for the Transnational Lawyer (published article in 1993; Volume 6, Number 2). In addition, she was the Articles Editor for The Transnational Lawyer in 1994. She currently volunteers her time in the community of Lamorinda, including an Executive Board position for the Parent’s Club at Campolindo High School in Moraga. Ms. Jacuzzi has previously held Board positions at The Orinda Preschool, Glorietta Elementary School, Orinda Intermediate School, The Educational Foundation of Orinda and Meadow Swim and Tennis Club.

Ms. Jacuzzi is licensed to practice law in the State of California. She is also licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado (license currently inactive).
